Do I have to measure?
No, you don't have to measure or understand any part of the process. We digitally measure all the rooms and other areas and produce the plans without your involvement whatsoever.

How long does it take?
From the time you place the order you should receive a call from us within one business day to schedule the measurement appointment. Once we do the measurements the plans should be in your hands the very next business day.

How do I get the finished plan?
Normally we will email you the plan, so check your email the day after we were there to measure. If email is inconvenient, please let us know and other delivery options can be explored.

Do I have to be there while you measure?
No, you don't. We just need someone responsible at the property to be there while we measure, it can be someone from your office or the homeowner. The measurement process, while somewhat dependent on the size of the home, should take no more than one hour.

What if I have architectural plans for my listing?
If you have architectural plans showing the dimensions of the rooms you can send us the plans and we can create our floor plan using the information contained in the architectural plans. In that case the base price would be $50 less, so it would be $75 instead of $125 for the first 2,500 square feet of space.

What can I do with the plans?
Some of the ways our floor plans can be utilized are:

• Copies should be left in the property so that potential buyers can take a copy with them after they view the home.
• The floor plan can be incorporated into a flyer or brochure for the listed property
• The floor plan can be integrated with a virtual tour

Can the floor plans be personalized for me?
Yes, personalization is encouraged and is cost-free. We can include the property address, your photo, a logo and your office address and contact information. Please see the Examples Page.
